Pusat Tahfiz Annur is one of the Al-Quran study centers located in Lot 850, Kampung Rusila 21080 Marang, Terengganu, Malaysia.
Al-Quran studies are offered free of charge to help orphans and poor asnaf from the surrounding areas get the light of Al-Quran like other students.
Today, this small, dilapidated building is inhabited by more than 180 students aged 15 and under.
There is some teaching staff who are actively moving to develop including the founder, Ustaz Khatadah Abdullah.
How Will Your Donations Contribution Be Used?
We sincerely expect contributions from you to fund management and administration costs. The deteriorating place of study has also limited the study space for students. Therefore, we have drawn up a construction plan to add facilities that include:
- Construction and development of school management room
- Construction and development of student hostels
- Purchase of furniture and equipment for classes
- Construction of Surau for students and the local community
Why Is Your Donation Most Needed?
Many students come from difficult families, asnaf and there are also orphans. They do not make good finances to cover the cost of basic education such as the cost of food, books and boarding. Pusat Tahfiz An Nur also always carries out the process of repairing buildings that are obsolete from time to time.
Every year the number of students is increasing, and the location of this current building that we are occupying is definitely not able to accommodate the attendance of students in the next 2 or 3 years. We always need to increase our facilities in order to give better education environment.
However, to realize this dream, we need support and financial assistance to cover the school maintenance, alleviate development and rebuilding costs.
Target Donation
The total fund is RM1 million(about USD241,000.00/ SGD 324,780.00) for the purpose of school construction and management.
1) RM350K is for the purchase of a piece of land
2) RM640K is to finance the costs as below:
- Carpentry costs
- Management and utility costs
- Utility bills (water bills, electricity bills, etc.)
- The cost of purchasing furniture
- Management costs and welfare of students and teachers
